Submit your regular assessments

All PhD students must submit their regular assessments in PhD Planner.

What to do?

  • When it is time to submit a regular assessment, the Graduate School will open the task "Awaiting regular assessment by PhD student" in PhD Planner and send you an email regarding this. Please note that the task must be activated before you can submit. 
  • Log in to PhD Planner with your UCPH user account and password.
  • Find the open task under "My tasks".
  • Click on "send to principal supervisor", provide the required information, upload the regular assessment report, and submit.

What happens next?

  • When you have submitted the form, your principal supervisor will receive an email requesting him or her to log in to PhD Planner to approve your regular assessment.
  • When your supervisor has reviewed the regular assessment in PhD Planner, you will receive an email to let you know that it has been sent to the Graduate School for further processing.
  • When the Graduate School has handled your regular assessment, you will receive an email regarding this.

FAQ regarding the process in PhD Planner

 

The regular assessment task must be activated in PhD Planner. This happens automatically at about 26, 14, and 6 months before your expected end date. Please wait for the task to be activated or contact the Graduate School for advice. Please note during the PhD programme, the PhD student must submit a minimum of one regular assessment per yearand at least three regular assessments in total

 

 

 

 

Yes, you receive a receipt when your principal supervisor has reviewed your regular assessment, and when the Graduate School has approved it. If the Graduate School cannot approve the regular assessment, you will receive an email from us regarding what to do.

 

 

You can conduct the meeting with your group of supervisors before PhD Planner makes it possible for you to submit the regular assessment. Then you can submit the e-form when the status changes to “02 Awaiting regular assessment by PhD student”.
