Submit form: Nominating an assessment committee (Section 15(2))

Please note that this is a special form only to be used in connection with submission of a thesis without enrolment (section 15(2) of the PhD Order).

Before submitting the form:

• Agree on nominees for the assessment committee with your university representative 
• Submit the form at least two months before you hand in your thesis.
