Submit form: apply for PhD without enrolment (section 15(2))

Before submitting the form:

  • Ask your university representative to sign a statement confirming your application

Confirming the application - statement from the university representative.

  • Scan the statement and upload it when completing the form

  • Fill in questionnaire concerning the subjects of your PhD project for Statistics Denmark.
    Upload the questionnaire when completing the form.

  • Fill in the form. Make sure all information in the form is correct as the information is used to complete your PhD defence and PhD certificate. In particular, make sure the title of your PhD thesis is written correctly.
