Before submitting the form:

• Ask your university representative to sign a statement confirming your application

• Fill in questionnaire concerning the subjects of your PhD project for Statistics Denmark.
  Upload the questionnaire when completing the form.
  
  
• Fill in the form. Make sure all information in the form is correct.
