Registration of change of research environment

All PhD students have to register their change of research environment in PhD Planner.

You can register your change of environment before, during or after the stay.

Please note that it is not possible to register a change of research environment when your regular assessment is awaiting approval by your principal supervisor or the Graduate School.

What to do?

• Log in to PhD Planner with your UCPH user account and password
• Click on the "Activities" 
• Click on "Add activity"
• Select "Change of environment" in the drop-down menu, provide the required information and submit

If your change of research environment takes place at more than one institution

• Send a separate application for every place where you are staying

Are you also applying for financial support for your change of research environment?

• If you want to apply for financial support, you also do it in the form for registering your change of research environment. Please find information regarding terms and what to remember before submitting your application.

What happens next?

• When the Graduate School has handled your application for registration of change of research environment, you will receive an email regarding this.
