Dealing with stress

Studies show that some PhD students are dealing with stress.

There are several contributing factors that add to the stress PhD students experience:

  • Future perspective
  • Personal life
  • Work context
  • Personality and mental health

On top of this, the recent COVID-19 crisis has added extra pressure on PhD students. 

The Graduate School offers two workshops on dealing with stress in order to help PhD students take care of their mental health.
