New opportunity to pursue a double degree with the University of Greenland

It is now possible to be enrolled as a PhD student at SUND and Ilisimatusarfik (University of Greenland).

At SUND, there is a tradition of close collaboration with universities abroad to achieve double degrees for PhD students. In practice, this means that the PhD student is enrolled at two universities simultaneously with supervisors and access to courses, local data, equipment and research environments in both places.

The aim is to provide SUND’s PhD students with the best opportunities to succeed in their research, to create new networks and to build bridges across institutions for the benefit of the individual PhD student and SUND.
