NorDoc PhD Summit, University of Copenhagen, 20-21 August 2020
The annual NorDoc PhD Summit brings together PhD students from the Nordic countries for two days of interaction and discussions. The summit is open to PhD students, faculty and administrators.
The topic of this year’s summit is:
Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Career Development
The summit takes place 20-21 August 2020 at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.
The summit consists of presentations and panel debates with speakers from Nordic countries as well as breakout sessions and workshops, where you can work with experts and PhD students on topics of your choice. 400 seats are available for the summit.
Courses in innovation
In the days before the summit (17-19 August) several PhD courses in innovation and transferrable skills are offered by the University of Copenhagen. You also get a chance to visit the industry in or around Copenhagen for a day and learn how start-ups, small and big companies work with innovation.
Course seats are limited. PhD students registered for the summit will have priority and access to the courses free of charge.
Programme and registration
The final programme for the summit and the courses will be available in March, when registration opens. Nevertheless, save the dates in your calendar now and sign up for the summit and courses once the information is online in March. Programme and registration will be available from the NorDoc website.
The summit participation fee is 100 Euro. There will be an early bird discount of 20% for the first month from registration opens.
