Six researchers from SUND receive grants for brain research

GRANTS

The Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences receives grants from The Lundbeck Foundation to six projects within neuroscience research.

Grants totaling DKK 33 million for brain research goes to six researchers from the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences as part of The Lundbeck Foundation's Ascending Investigators 2024.

The grant recipients “are all doing neuroscientific research. Their projects have the potential to make significant contributions related to the brain and diseases in the nervous system,” writes The Lundbeck Foundation.

The six research projects dive into the circadian system, melatonin, depression, pain, glutamate and more.
