Cross-KIC Consumer and customer engagement

The ultimate goal of this pilot project is to educate and raise awareness among young citizens of healthy food and, healthy consumption of food. The project is done in collaboration with EIT FOOD and InnoEnergy.

The scope of this project is to develop educational material to be included in school curricula, as well as using the materials on the first cohort of students to be taught as a pilot. 

The detailed objectives for 2019 are to:

  • Create an online educational package of healthy food training that can be re-used by teachers in various regions in Europe
  • Implement this package towards at least 30 teachers in Europe
  • Create an EIT-common strategy perspective of citizens engagement within the EIT thematic areas
