When you have called us, you can choose to open Zoom if you wish to:

  • share your screen with us
  • see the person you’re talking to.

Most of our guidance sessions take place on the phone/Zoom and without booking ahead.

You can book an appointment, if you need to talk in depth about special support, well-being, or exemption.

  • Always use your UCPH e-mail, if you are a student at the University of Copenhagen
  • Write your study programme in the subject line or which programme you have questions about

We will answer as quickly as possible but it may take up to five workdays before you receive an answer, for instance, in periods up to the course registration or application deadlines.

This is how an appointment takes place

The appointment will last up to 25 minutes and can take place either

  • at SUND Study Information's at Panum, 15-1-10, Blegdamsvej 3B, 2200 Copenhagen N
  • or online via Zoom.

1. Well-being

You can book an appointment with a student- and career counsellor to talk about your well-being, if you find it hard to thrive in your studies.

This in relevant to you, if you:

  • are in a complex or challenging situation in your student life
  • need extra support and guidance to balance your student life with your current life situation


2. Special support

You can book an appointment about special support with a student and career guidance counsellor if you have a physical or mental disability and are a student at SUND.

This is relevant if you

  • are in a complex or challenging situation in your student life
  • need extra support and guidance to balance your student life with your current life situation
  • need SPS-support


3. Dispensation

You can book an appointment about dispensation, if you need to discuss how to apply for dispensation in detail.

In an appointment about dispensation, you can receive guidance on the following:

  • do you need to apply for dispensation?
  • which kind of dispensation do you need?
  • how to plan your studies to fulfil the study activity requirements
  • what happens if your application is rejected
  • how to file a complaint about a decision



Order a certified transcript incl. signature

You will receive your certified transcript in your UCPH e-mail.

Order a certified proof of enrolment (eg. for student residences)

You will receive your certified proof of enrolment in your UCPH e-mail. The document includes a stamp, signature and information about which semester is expected to be the last of your studies – either autumn or spring.

If you need a document signed from, for instance, Lånekassen, you can sent it to

Keep an eye on your study messages where you will receive information about registering for re-exams, applying for dispensation and advice on how to prepare for the exam.

Get guidance on:

  • your course of study - planning, and choices along the way
  • illness, maternity, or changed plans
  • well-being, motivation, and study doubts
  • sexual harassment or if you have been offended in any other way
  • your plans and your career.


Get administrative support with:

  • systems - eg Self-service, Digital Exam or Absalon
  • course and exam registration
  • get your documents signed.
